Below you will see office visit offerings for your healthcare needs on a space available basis.
Sick Visit - $150+
*if any testing is needed, additional fee will be discussed and applied.
We are not a walk-in Urgent Care. We request you call for appointment.
In-house testing:
Urinalysis, Pregnancy testing, Strep test, Flu, etc.
(Send-out labs cost per LabCorp/Quest contract)
Non-Member Physicals - $149-$199
- Comprehensive Adult Physical - $199
- Pre-Operative Physical - $199
- School/Camp/Sports Physical - $149
Additional cost for:
Comprehensive labs (cost varies), EKG - $68, Tdap vaccine -$68, Urinalysis $9, Urine Pregnancy Test $12
Individual Office Visits - $150+
On a space available basis, we offer non-member individual consultations and subsequent visits for medical management of chronic health conditions. Initial consults are $150+, with each follow-up visit $150+.
